Find a clothing manufacturer for your first run without ordering 1,000 pieces.
Get factories in Vietnam that accept small batches of 50 to 300 pieces per style, plus a call to prep your outreach before you write to them.
Built for independent clothing brands, streetwear labels & first-time apparel founders
The problem
Finding a factory for small batch shouldn’t be this hard.
You shouldn’t have to email forty factories just to find three that will cut 100 hoodies for a brand nobody knows yet.

01
Most factories won’t go below 500 pieces per style, per colour

02
Finding real garment factories, not middlemen, takes weeks

03
Most emails to factories go unanswered

04
It’s hard to know who actually sews your product type

05
Talking price, fabric and grading is intimidating the first time

06
First-time founders don’t know what a tech pack should even contain
The solution
Skip the search. Start with a shortlist.
Tell us what you’re making and you get factories that sew it, at the quantity you can actually order. Choose whether you want the list on its own, or the list plus a call.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you only work with factories in Vietnam?+
Vietnam is our home base and where we work most: knitwear, jersey, outerwear and denim. When another market in Asia suits your garment better, we say so.
Are these real factories or trading companies?+
We work mainly with factories that sew in-house. Sometimes the workshop that makes your garment cannot export it itself, and a trading company is the better route for an international order. When that’s the case we mark it in the list rather than leave it ambiguous.
Can you negotiate prices for me?+
Negotiation isn’t part of the two packages. Do It With Us includes guidance on how to negotiate MOQ, fabric and price per piece yourself; for hands-on support, ask us about your project.
Do you handle sampling?+
Sample orders and payments sit between you and the factory. We advise on what to ask for and what to inspect (fit, stitching, fabric weight) when the sample lands.
What if none of the factories reply?+
Tell us and we send replacements. Silence usually comes down to how the first message is written, which is exactly what the coaching call fixes.
Do you handle shipping and customs?+
No, shipping, customs clearance and logistics are not part of the two packages. If you need that later, talk to us and we’ll tell you what support we can arrange for your project.
